We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any products for any reason. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the sale is considered final.
1. NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept returned items. Products cannot be returned for refunds, replacements, or credits.
3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue. If approved, we will provide a resolution at our discretion. This does not include buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Successful Prodigies LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Any delivery issues should be reported directly to the carrier using your tracking number.
5. PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale with no exceptions.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital downloads, content, or electronic materials are final sale and non-refundable.
